Under this Assignment, the Consultant shall require undertaking the activities which include:

1. Preliminary Study and Proposal for Approval of Road & Gates
2. Detail Design & Drawings
3. Bid Management

The initial phase shall require the Consultant to carry out survey of the existing road facilities and suggest proposal for improvement in such a manner that proposed road may accommodated the existing and projected traffic load and provide a good and healthy environment. The consultant shall prepare and present for approval of at least three alternatives proposal to the competent authority for approval. The consultant shall also prepare a preliminary cost estimate and feasibility report of the proposals. Subsequently, upon satisfactory completion of the first phase, the Consultant will require to develop a detailed engineering design, and detailed cost estimate based on quantity take off and Preparation of BOQ, specification of material and Bidding Document.
