AIE has been appointed as the Vetting Consultant for a three-year term by PIDC. AIE’s responsibilities involve conducting Architectural, Structural, and MEP Vetting for buildings situated within the Special Economic Zones (SEZs) managed by the Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) in the Sindh Province. One of the prominent projects within this scope is Luna Care, a subsidiary of Getz Pharma, a highly respected pharmaceutical company in Pakistan renowned for its unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. AIE-PK’s expertise has been engaged to perform Structural Design Vetting services for Luna Care (Pvt.) Ltd.’s G+3 Factory building located within the Korangi Creek Industrial Park in Karachi. Our contributions further solidify our reputation as a trusted partner in ensuring structural integrity and compliance with regulations for this significant industrial project.
