Vava Cars with its Headquarter in the UK operated in Turkey and Pakistan for buying and selling used cars through a chain of retail centers & facilities and via their online trading platform. AIE-PK provided consultancy services for Vava Cars Warehouse facility and customer-based Excellence Center built on a plot area of 24,000 sft approx. located in Korangi Industrial Area. AIE-PK delivered end-to-end Project Management services to the Client from planning stage which invloved Architectural & MEP Design, preperation of Bill of Quantities & Engineers Estimates, Bid Evaluations of specialized Contractors, Top-Supervision during execution phase, preperation and closing of punch-list items and handing-over the facility to the Contractor.
