River Hills 5 is a 12- storey tower with three basement levels, located in DHA, Rawalpindi. The project is a residential complex with covered area of 190,783 sq. ft. The scope of services involved structural, electrical, ICT, plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC design, including technical specifications, BOQs, and engineer’s estimates. Also, oversaw construction supervision, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
