Punjab Government has allocated land of 23 kanals at Nishtar Park Sports Complex, for the hotel development, to provide accommodation to the players/ officials during national and international events and to address security issues. The scope of services included Technical Feasibility Study, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, Bid Documents with Evaluation Report.
