KTDMC is a renowned manufacturer of tools, dies and molds. The building is located in Korangi Creek Industrial Park, under PIDC’s authority for which AIE-PK is serving as a three-year Vetting Consultant. The project comprises a ground plus two storied RCC building (6,889 sq. ft.) and a steel structure shed (9,580 sq. ft.) The scope of services included Architectural, Structural design vetting, and MEP design.
