Park-Edge is one of the residential towers of Crescent Bay, a 108-acre upscale mixed-use oceanfront development in DHA, Karachi. The Early-Works Package involves excavation, installation of secant piles, casting of 400 working piles, pile load tests on selected piles, and preparation of raft foundation. The scope of services included Quantity Surveying and Cost Engineering.
