The project involves developing a cost-effective Ground plus two storied café-themed pre-engineered steel structure in Colombo, using European design standards. The portable HSS building, spans 900 sq. ft., features a comprehensive 3D model showcasing structural and architectural elements. After client approval, detailed engineering for structures, MEP, and finishing will be carried out.
