The project encompassed the Feasibility Study and Transaction Advisory for the development, operation and maintenance of Karachi Circular Railway, under Public-Private Partnership mode. The scope of services involved Technical Feasibility study, including site surveys and preliminary design, and prepared technical reports and project coordination with international consultants to facilitate its development.
