One Hoshang Tower is a mixed-use development comprising thirty-seven storied skyscraper. The building’s front side is declared as Heritage by local authority, to be converted in to museum. The scope of services included multi-dimensional building information model for identification of clashes between building systems during design stage, and a complete up-Duration model for facility management in future.
