AIE-PK provided Building Information Modeling (BIM) services to TPL for their forthcoming 37-story skyscraper project. It’s noteworthy that the project site holds historical significance, having received a heritage designation from local authorities, which mandates its preservation and conversion into a museum. AIE-PK’s contributions were pivotal in this endeavor as the team developed a sophisticated multi-dimensional BIM, facilitating the early identification and resolution of clashes or conflicts between various building systems during the design phase. Furthermor an integrated complete BIM model was delivered that will serve as a valuable asset for effective facility management throughout the building’s lifecycle once construction is completed.
