AIE-PK conducted 3D modelling of a heritage building at NED University-City Campus. This Pilot Project was carried out using photogrammetry through drone survey. The images of the building captured by the drone from each and every perspective. Following this the images were rendered and stitched using high-end computer programs to develop a virtual walk-through of the building. As an add-on, a point-cloud is also processed from the survey data which can be used effectively for a detailed spatial planning of the building if required, for instance, the space occupied by an additional furniture in the building can be modelled and visualized by the owner/client.
