Under the broad vision of providing one-window services for Standardization and Conformity Assessment, AIE-PK provided Procurement Support for the Development of Earthworks and Road Infrastructure Works to the department of Pakistan Standard and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA). The project included preparation of complete set of conditions of contract (generally named as Volume I) of the Tender Package. This Volume will be utilized in efforts to standardize procurement support under PEC Guidelines. The procurement support volume comprised of Notice Inviting Tender; Instruction to the Tenderer; Bidding Data and Evaluation Criteria; General and Special Conditions of Contract; also including other standard templates intended to set forth in process of Bidding process. AIE-PK also supported the Prime firm in bid evaluation up to the award of project.
