PIDC House is a historic and prominent building in Karachi, with a built-up area of 24,174 sq. ft. The project aims to restore the Ground, Mezzanine and six storied RCC structure. The scope of services included Structural vetting, Drainage design, Facade enhancements, Waterproofing, Electrical retrofitting, etc. focusing on the extensive repair, improvement and renovation works, along with Top Supervision.
