DHA Multan

DHA Multan is establishing its Main Office Building, located in Sector-K near Central Square, to facilitate all the members and stakeholders through one window operation. The building is at plot of 7.38 acres with a covered area of 184,000 sq. ft. and will accommodate over 1,500 people. Also, parking for more than 300 vehicles is allocated. AIE-PK is providing Interior & Exterior Design Services for the Main Office Building. The scope of work includes Design Concept Development, Space Planning, Construction Drawings & Specifications, Finishes & Materials Selection, Furniture Evaluation & Specifications and External Development Works. AIE-PK scope also includes BIM services incluidng Modelling for all core disciplines Architecture, Strcutures & MEP along with clash detection & resolution. AIE-PK scope also included detailed design of MEP works for main building and design of an Engergy Center Building which provides core MEP Infrastructure/supply for the entire facility.
