Crescent Bay is a 108-acre upscale mixed-use oceanfront development in DHA, Karachi, Pakistan consisting of 40+ numbers high and mid-rise towers for residential and commercial use. Park-Edge is one of the residential towers where construction works of Early-Works-Package is on-going which comprises of excavation till bottom of raft level, installation of secant piles, casting of approx. 400 working piles, performing pile load tests on selected working piles, laying of lean for Raft Foundation. AIE has been engaged by AMCORP to provide Quantity Surveying Services for their Early-Works-Package on Park-Edge project at EMAAR Crescent Bay.
