Grand Monarch is a prestigious high-end residential tower project featuring reserved spaces for both recreational and general facilities. This iconic development spans 1 Basement, Ground, 33 Floors, and a Roof, with an expansive total built-up area of approximately 603,500 square feet. AIE-PK proudly assumes the role of project management, project controls, resident supervision, and quality, procurement, and risk management services, all administered by a dedicated on-site team over the course of two years, and extending support during the one-year defects liability period. Our scope of work encompasses the construction of this high-rise marvel, complete with state-of-the-art MEP systems, related infrastructure, and landscaped surroundings.
