‘AIE-PK has taken on the task of designing the infrastructure for a residential town situated near Karachi’s well-known Northern Bypass. This infrastructure design is broken down into three key parts: Grading and Roads, Dry Utilities, and Wet Utilities. AIE-PK will also be responsible for creating the structural design of these infrastructure elements, including detailed specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and engineer’s cost estimates. Additional scope includes the preparation of tender documents and construction drawings as part of their project responsibilities.
