Prism has engaged AIE-PK to provide Building Informational Modelling (BIM) and allied services for Prism Heights in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. Prism Heights is a new addition to capital city skyline. It is mixed-use high-rise tower with two basements, ground and lower ground floor, mezzanine, 16 upper floors, and penthouse (roof). Total area of the project is approximately 580,000 SF. AIE-PK is preparing an integrated BIM model for architectural, structural, and MEP services with level of development (LOD) at 400. Delivery of BOQ, BBS, and Shop Drawings will put AIE-PK into construction stage level mode as far as BIM services are concerned and gives AIE-PK a unique edge in the BIM market. AIE-PK will produce LOD 400 model. AIE-PK deliverables will also include Clash Detection and Resolution, Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), Shop Drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
