Wildflour Café, located in DHA, comprises a basement, ground floor, and four floors. The scope of services included project management, covering construction management, site supervision, safety, quality control and progress monitoring. The project also involved interior design, and MEP works, for an existing structure, focusing on timely execution, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder communication.
