The objective of the assignment by the World Bank Group was to support the Government of Sindh in conducting a rapid condition survey of selected Health Care Facilities (HCF) to determine whether renovations and infrastructure improvements were required for health service delivery. As part of a joint venture (JV), AIE-PK carried out a Conditional Assessment of 94 HCF across 20 Districts in the Province of Sindh. The deliverable for this assignment was the submission of a report containing recommendations for improving the surveyed HCF in terms of architecture, structure, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), as well as ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Sindh Essential Health Services Package (EHSP).
