Zerqa Yousuf

Ms. Yousuf brings over 30 years of experience in working on multi-disciplinary projects across both local and international markets, including Malaysia, Singapore, China, the Philippines, Qatar, and Pakistan. She is a qualified Civil Engineer from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, and holds a certification in Interior Design from the Philippine School of Interior Design in Manila. 

Her diverse project portfolio spans structural and interior design across various sectors. In addition to her core technical expertise, Ms. Yousuf has extensive experience in business development, corporate standardization and branding, client and stakeholder coordination, and project data analysis and reporting through MS Dynamics ERP. She has also played a key role in human resource functions, contributing to the development of policy manuals, job descriptions, and strategic planning initiatives—helping define company objectives and providing insights to drive quality and productivity.
