Zerqa brings over 30 years of experience in working on multi-disciplinary local and international projects located in Malaysia, Singapore, China, the Philippines, Qatar, and Pakistan. She is a qualified Civil Engineer from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi, and holds a certification in Interior Design from the Philippine School of Interior Design, Manila.
In addition to her technical expertise, She has a diversified portfolio in business development, corporate standardization and branding, client and stakeholder coordination; projects data analysis and reporting through MS Dynamics ERP. Zerqa has also played a key role in human resource functions, contributing to the development of policy manuals, job descriptions, and strategic planning initiatives—helping to define company objectives and providing insights to drive quality and productivity.
